Returns

You may cancel your order at any time before your item is dispatched with the exception of personalised items.

Items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please get in touch with us at hello@loveoneanotherpaperco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return to us.  The item(s) should be wrapped securely to ensure they reach us safely and sent to:

Love One Another Paper Co. Northview Cottage,  High St, Burwash, East Sussex, TN19 7BJ, UK

Please obtain proof of postage for your package.  The return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the goods are damaged or faulty.

Once we have received your item(s) and providing they are in perfect condition, we will issue your refund within 1-2 days via your original payment method.

Personalised Items

We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for items that have been personalised specifically for you unless they are damaged or faulty. 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered please do get in touch with us at hello@loveoneanotherpaperco.com with your order details.   We may ask you to send us pictures of the item or packaging to help us assess and resolve the problem quickly for you.  We can then either send you a replacement or issue you a full refund including your original postage.
